All wines and spirits are sold in the State of New York, where title passes to the buyer. No representation is made as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state other than New York. The buyer is solely responsible for all such shipments, but by placing an order authorizes The Wine and Spirits Emporium to engage a common carrier on behalf of the buyer to deliver the wines and/or spirits in accordance with such order.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 21 years. By placing an order, the buyer represented that the buyer is at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery is to be made is also at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, the consignee may be required to exhibit identification attesting to consignee's age.

- Our available inventory list and the prices contained in it are subject to revision without notice.
- The issue of a new list will automatically void all previous offerings.
- Many of these wines are in extremely short supply and we advise immediate response in order to avoid disappointment.
